• ” TORTactive, TORTlink, TORTpond and TORTworkz” or also known as the “Program” are introduced by Planet Tortoiz Pte Ltd

• The registration for both TORTpond & TORTworks is FREE so long you purchase any of our cards.

• Tortoizers shall be rewarded with Incentives when they refer potential members to purchase any of our membership cards.

• The “Incentives”, are rewarded to the Tortoizers for referring potential members to purchase any of our membership cards. Members may make withdrawal at any point of time upon having a minimum amount of SGD 30.00 in their site account or right to the tenth level.

• You understood that you are participating into the programs with Tortoiz, purchasing a one-time TORTOIZ membership which allows you to enjoy discounts at our Participating Merchant’s Outlet,  TORTpond social networking program and TORTworkz. This purchased does not constitute with any multi-level scheme, pyramid scheme, autosurf program whatsoever.

• Your membership will be activated immediately upon the receiving of your log on password to TORTpond.

• You agree to receive mails from Tortoiz customer service and marketing departments and you are aware that your personal information WILL NOT be shared with others. You agree to indemnify Tortoiz and its agents from any and all claims resulting from the use of this program and the fees paid are not refundable under any circumstances if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions.

• You understood that the Incentives, which you are entitle to are derived from the net proceeds of the sales of the TORTOIZ Membership Cards, TORTOIZ programs, services and any other revenue producing activities undertaken by Tortoiz or its affiliates from time to time.

• You understood that upon the request of the withdrawal of the incentives, Tortoiz will not take more than 14 days from the request date to process your withdrawal. Thereafter, payment made to you shall be by the way of Cheque or to my PayPal account.

• Tortoiz welcome you to promote the program, but making false representations, using any form of SPAM including bulk email or posting to forums in the internet, lists or newsgroups etc where such postings are not welcome, and will result in the cancellation of your account, the loss of payments and your bonus, and prosecution. You agree to indemnify the operators, consultants and members of Tortoiz all claims and harm.

• By accepting the Terms and Conditions as outlined herein, you indicates to Tortoiz that you have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions detailed herein and agreed to be bound by them.
